We have Lok Sabha elections approaching very close and there is a fight between two ideologies. The question is whether India’s democracy and constitution will survive or not. People of BJP and RSS want the Constitution to be abolished and we Congress Party and India Alliance are protecting the Constitution. Whatever we got after independence, be it education, health, development, water, whatever the poor people of India got, the reason for it, its foundation is the Constitution of India. Today for the first time the BJP leaders are openly saying that if we will win the elections, we will change the Constitution.
The Constitution protects the poor and weak people and farmers. Modiji wants that 22-25 people should control the entire wealth, entire power and entire natural resources of India. You have seen what has happened here in the last 10 years. What happened in Gujarat and what happened in entire India?
You will remember, there was UPA government. If you waive off the loans of Indian farmers 25 times, meaning you waive them off every year for 25 years, then Rs. 16 lakh crores will be made and for 22 people, brothers and sisters, they have given Rs. 16 lakh crores for 22 years of MNREGA. In India, one percent people control 40 percent of the wealth.
