In Mehsana at Savla near Visnagar, as many as 1225 people fell sick due to food poisoning in after eating in a wedding function at Congress leader Vazir Khan.
More than 1000 people were hospitalized in Visnagar and Vadnagar. It is learnt that food poisoning incident took place after eating chicken and mava based items in the function.
