Jethabhai Bharwad, MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party’s Shahera constituency has been elected as Deputy Speaker of Gujarat Legislative Assembly today.
On the first day of ninth session of 14th Gujarat Legislative Assembly, Nimaben Acharya Speaker of Legislative Assembly, name of Jethabhai Bharwad as Deputy Speaker of Legislative Assembly were proposed by , which was passed by a majority.
Jethabhai Bharwad for being appointed as Deputy Speaker of Legislative Assembly, members of Cabinet and members of ruling party congratulated him and sent their best wishes.
Jethabhai Bharwad has been elected from 124- Shahera Polling Division (Panchmahal) Assembly constituency. He holds B.A. degree, First LL. B. Studied up to. He is involved in trading business. He has also been a member of the Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Legislative Assemblies. He has served as chairman of Panchmahal Dudhsangh, Gopalak Vikas Mandal, Gopalak Sahakari Mandali, Aniyad Dudh Mandali, and Purchase-Sales Sangh, City. They enjoy reading and sports.
