With fall in Corona cases , AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has carried out operations in various zones. In which some units have also been sealed by estate department of AMC. Action has been taken by the estate department in the west zone and south zone of AMC in respect of one PIL made in Gujarat High Court. Hotels in the south-west zone, including the complex, have been sealed.
With regard to PIL, action is being taken as the building is being used without BU Building Use permission. Within which 273 units of three zones were sealed. Of these, 149 units have been sealed in the western zone, 117 units in the south zone and 7 units in the south-west zone.
68 units have been sealed near Navrangpura. Commercial buildings have been sealed by the Estate Department in South Zone. Near Business Point, Near Circle, 90 units have been sealed in BehramPura Ward. Yash Complex – 1 & 2, Maninagar Railway The crossing has 117 units sealed with a total of 27 units. South West Zone Estate Division Hotel buildings have been sealed. A total of 7 units including 3 units in Mayur Palace Hotel, 1 unit in Moti Mahal Hotel, 1 unit in Sawan Hotel, 1 unit in Bhuk Lagi Hai, 1 unit in Hotel Royal Plaza have been sealed by AMC.
