England team skipper Alastair Cook feels Matt Prior will play on India at Trent Bridge despite calling up Jos Buttler as cover on Monday night.
Buttler was called by selectors, last night and travelled up to Trent Bridge from London to join the team as they are getting ready for the first Test against India.
Earlier had a complain of thigh problem after training at Trent Bridge yesterday. Cook said, “We’re 99 per cent sure that he’ll be fine but we’ll have a little check in the morning just to make sure”.
“But all things at the moment are looking good.”
