Rajya Sabha election for four seats of Gujarat has been scheduled on 19th June tomorrow. List of BJP, Bhartiya Janta Party and Congress are as follows :
First candidate, Abhay Bhardwaj from BJP
Second candidate, Narhari Amin from BJP
Third candidate, Shaktisinh Gohil from Congress
Fourth candidate, Ramilaben Bara from BJP and
Fifth candidate, Bharatsinh Solanki from Congress
BJP is in power in Gujarat and needs support of two more legislators to win three out of four seats.
Out of total 182 seats, BJP has 130, Congress 65 and 3 others inlcuding 1 of NCP.
BJP MLA Narhari Amin was confident to win all seats by his party as there is an internal problem between Congress MLAs for past two months.
Voting will be done from 9 am to 5 pm.
