In Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad city, Motera Stadium to be revamped exceeding audience capacity of 1 lakh that of  MCG at an expense of Rs 700 crores.

BCCI Board of Control for Cricket in India will host Asia XI & World XI exhibition game in March 2020 at inauguration of world’s largest Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad.

In Ahmedabad matches are organised by GCA Gujarat Cricket Association.
