Today Gujarat Home Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja visits BRTS Corridor to bring solution for frequent bus accidents in Ahmedabad city. Minister Jadeja visits black spot in BRTS corridor. He along with Ahmedabad police commissioner Ashish Bhatia, AMC Ahmedabad Municipal commissioner Vijay Nehra, MLA Rakesh Shah, Ahmedabad Mayor Bijal Patel, AMC and BRTS officers focusing to build speed brakers etc in the corridor to avoid fatal accident.
He immediately wants to take preventive steps to avert fatal accidents. Discussion on speed of BRTS bus will also be made.
He will visit Panjrapole to Valinath passage and Delhi Chakla area in the city. Ahmedabad BRTS Corridor stretches upto 97 kms, with 250 buses in operation and 1.30 commuters per day.
Minister visited the corridor after recently happened deadly accident in Ahmedabad at Panjrapole junction in which 2 bike riders were killed by BRTS bus due to over speeding. Number of accidents are on rise in the city.
