Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, organised ‘Raising the Bar’ a special workshop on Granola Health Bars for patrons and food enthusiasts alike. Mr. Vaibhav Arora, Sous Chef & Mr. Virendra Singh, Pastry Chef of the hotel revealed the secrets of Granola Health Bars, a crunchy, energy-packed delight and superfood.
Increasingly becoming a favourite among youth and the health-conscious , Granola is both a breakfast and a snack consisting of rolled oats, nuts, honey or other sweeteners such as brown sugar, and sometimes puffed rice, that is usually baked until it is crisp, toasted and golden brown. The participants had an interesting culinary experience making 10 different variants of the granola bars.
