Today Gujarat Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama declared that Navratri vacation earlier declared by state government during 30 September to 7 October would stand cancelled.
School and colleges in the state to get 8 days Navratri vacation, as Gujarat government has once again declared a vacation from 30 September to 7 October.
There was a protest against Gujarat government’s decision 9 days vacation for all schools and colleges during Navratri festival resulting in shorter Diwali vacation which will be for 2 weeks instead of 3 weeks.
