Yesterday night, Bollywood actress Preity Zinta filed a molestation complaint against Ness Wadia, her former boyfriend. Preity and Ness are co partner of Kings 11 Punjab Cricket team of IPL tournament.
According to reports, the actress had filed the complaint with Mumbai Police in Marine Drive police station around 12:10 pm.Police have registered the case under Section 354 of IPC.
Police will examine CCTV footage of May 30 during IPL match based on complaint from Preity. She has made allegation on Ness of grabbing her hand and abusing her.
Ness has however denied charges made against him saying that they are baseless and false.
Preity has has said I donot want to harm anyone but at the same time protect myself.
