Today Afternoon, A local Ladies group organized First of its kind Golgappa Competition for the Ladies of Ahmedabad.
The event was organized in Orient club of the city between 2 pm to 5 pm. In all total 285 Women participated in the competition, where 125 women played in 12 different teams.
Winner of this Golgappa Competition was titled as Golgappa Queen as she ate 24 Panipuris in one minute. Total 16,000 Pani puris were consumed by the Food Lovers of the city.
There was also one senior citizen special round organized for all the old ladies. In this round, 65 year old lady was spotted eating 18 Panipuris in a minute. She was awarded as the second runner up of this competition.
Mayor of the Ahmedabad City Bijal Patel also attended this competition and encouraged all the women participants.
