Today Mahendrasinh Vaghela son of veteran former Congress leader Shankersinh Vaghela joins BJP Bharatiya Janta Party Gujarat in presence of BJP Gujarat president Jitu Vaghani and Gujarat deputy chief minister Nitin Patel.
Recently in Ahmedabad, Vaghani informally announced of Mahendrainh joining the party.
Last year during August for election of RS seat from Gujarat nexus between Vaghela and BJP created sensation among political groups.
Mahendrasinh may get ticket from Banaskantha in place of Deepsinh.
Reacting on joining BJP, Vaghela said will work for the party and Congress will not be able to return to power.
It is learnt from the sources that father Shankersin is not happy with the decision of Mahendrasinh joining BJP party.
