Nirbhaya episode repeats in Ahmedabad: Gang rape in board day light in moving car in Ahmedabad
Recently in Ahmedabad, incident of gang rape was reported in board day light in a moving car.
22 year old Victim girl from Isanpur area was gang raped by 2 persons in Satellite after abducting her and applying spray by which she became unconscious. Demand of Rs 50,000 was made from victim girl as her video of molestation was recorded in their mobile by rapists. Firstly the incident of Gang rape took place in March about victim girl did not tell anything to anyone due to threat by rapists to kill her. She remained silent.
When demand for money by rapists was not satisfied they abducted victim girl again from Isanpur area and molested her again. Girl was very frustrated so she lodged a police complaint. One girl Yamini Nair is involved in the case.
Victim girl is staying in Isanpur with her parents and 3 brother and sister. In March when she was on the way to Nehrunagar on her Access scooter, one black Scorpio car arrived on Service Road near Jhansi Ki Rani, 4 persons wearing money cap got down from the car and abducted the girl by spraying something on her face when girl had became partially unconscious. 2 persons in the car unbutton her top and removed her half pant started raping her in moving Scorpio car.
Later Vrushabh sent message to girl through Instagram demanding money and calling her with money at Jaldhara Water Park near foothpath of Giraffe Circle. Vrushabh also sent porn photos to her on her Instagram Id and started blackmailing her by demanding Rs 50,000 from her. As a response, girl kept Rs 3,700 and a golden ring on footpath which accused took it and ran away.
After a few days at Satyam Tower in Maninagar, 2 boys and a girl having covered their faces threatened to make her video viral and returned her empty purse and mobile which was taken away during Nehrunagar rape incident.
On 26th June around 5 pm when girl was on her foot near street of Confy Hotel one Black Scorpio car came from behind and one person came down from the car and applied spray on girl’s face and pulled girl in the car and car disappeared from the spot.
Girl in the car was placed in a middle seat and 2 perons forcefully caught her hands and unbutton her top and started rubbing their hands on her chest which was recorded in their mobile. Victim girl ws thrown out of car near Jaymala road and all ran away.
Victim girl came to Satellite Police Station to lodge complaint against Vrushabh Maroo and Yamini Nair, resident of Akansha Flat,Jaymala, Gaurav Mahavir Dalmiya resident of Nigam Society Ghodasar, 3 others and 1 unidentified girl.
It is also learnt that in the gang rape case, involvement of victim girl’s boy friend Gaurav is coming out.
The case has been handed over Crime Branch on which Crime Brach held a press conference. The case will be investigated Additional DCP Crime Branch Panna Momaya.
