Vadodara Prisoners to run Petrol Pump now !

After Telangana, now Gujarat’s hardcore prisoners will run petrol pump in Vadodara. 90 % of earnings will be donated to the welfare of prisoners.

Prisoners of Vadodara Central jail to run the pump now on the route from Soma Talav bridge to Tarsali.

Five cities to have such petrol pump facility run by prisoners. Selection criteria of open jail prisoners rest on their previous record and who is left with 1 to 2 years of jail term.

1 Hawaldar and 3 police constables to be available at the pump. It was informed by VR Patel Vadodara Jail Superintendent.
