Vadodara: massive fire at a chemical company in Manjusar
Today afternoon in Vadodara, incident of massive fire was reported at a chemical company in Manjusar in Savli Taluka.
Big fire at ChemCon Chemical Company was caught under huge fire.
Vadodara Fire station at 4:30 pm received a call. 6 Fire Tenders from Vadodara , GSFC and Savli were rushed to the site.
Primary reason of fire is not known.
No casualties were reported from the site.
Majority of fire was extinguished by fire fighters, however HSCL chemical stored in drums inside the company keeps up the fire. Major mishap was averted.
As per fire officer, fire was so huge that 20,000 to 30,000 liters of foam was used to extinguish the fire.
Savli Mamlatdar and police reached the site.
Loss of lakhs of rupees is estimated in the fire tragedy.
