Today in Mumbai, hearing on Maratha reservation issue in Bombay High Court was adjourned till 7th December. State Govt has been given time of 4 weeks to file the affidavit in the case.
There is a demand coming up for Maratha reservation in education and employment. Lakhs of Marathas conducted marches in different cities in last 2 months.
Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and pitched for reservation for the Maratha community without diluting the quota for other communities.
