Today in Ahmedabad, hearing enquiry against PM Modi in 2002 riots and Gulberg massacre will be conducted in Gujarat High Court. The petition was made by Zakia Jafri wife of Ehsan Jafri who was killed in the massacre. Zakia felt that she has got half justice due to clean chit to PM Modi by SIT and moved high court. Appellant has stated that in a report by SIT Special Investigation Team formed by Supreme Court had left enquiry incomplete and submitted its closure report to magistrate, which was accepted by the magistrate. The hearing will be held in the court of Sonia Gokani.
