In rape case on second year nursing student by MD Jayesh Patel of Parul University after having police complaint lodged on June 17. Even after 4 days non-arrest of Jayesh Patel raises question on modality of police in arresting. As far as tracing of mobile location is concerned on June 17 till 2 pm, Patel was shown to be in Vadodara and even on next day his mobile location showed Ahmedabad. It appears that police is turning soft eye on Jayesh Patel’s arrest on signals from big politicians. As per police, 3 teams have been formed to arrest Jayesh Patel. He is said to have fled to other state, feels police.
