To meet situation of Water scarcity in 8 districts of Gujarat, state government will set up a Control Room to handle complaints on water supply, said water supply minister Vijay Rupani of Gujarat. Rupani added complaints received at Control room will immediately be attended and resolved. Government will hold review meeting in all scarcity hit districts and device action plan. Water supply is provided from Narmada canal and in Dahod district water is supplied from tankers as canal water does not reach there. If there is any problem in local distribution, despite of government provided sufficient water then government is not at fault. In Rajkot district , where IPL matches are organized, they have not made any request for water said Rupani.
