Recently, in Gujarat a strange yet true incident, Jamnagar based mother staying at Aawas Colony forcing her minor daughter (15 years old) for want of money to 4 sex maniacs who gangraped her and developed forceful sexual relations with her. The victim girl has filed a police complaint of her mother forcing her in sexual relation for money.
As per victim girl, her mother used to hand over her daughter in excahnge of money to sex maniacs. She added that she was gangraped multiple times. Based on her complaint and medical reports 4 culprits have been the provisons of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act).
Police has arrested 4 sex maniacs and mother of victim girl based on her complaint. During preliminary investigation, 4 culprits have admitted of sexual relations with the victim girl.
Police has initiated activity for remand of culprits in the case, as per sources .
