Today Ahmedabad Crime Branch will take custody of Gova Nagji Rabari who is on life term and operating extortion racket from jail. Crime Branch will go to Vadodara for Gova’s custody as he in Vadodara jail for penalty of life term.
Gova was in jail for serious crime like murder, extortion etc. He is allegedly involved in Chetan Patel alias Battery was stabbed to death inside the prison by a rival gang.
CRPC Act 268 has been removed from his chargesheet. He will be arrested by Crime Branch and brought to Ahmedabad.
