Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court has turned down bail plea of Patidar leaders agitating for reservation including Chirag Patel, Ketan Patel and Dinesh Patel who have been charged under sedition charges. HC observed that presently investigation in the case against accused is going on therefore bail can not be grated, however after filing of chargesheet accused can apply for bail.
