Today, Supreme Court issued notice to Gujarat government on conducting trial of sedition charges of Hardik Patel Patidar leader. In Gujarat High Court case of sedition charges against Hardik Patel is pending.  State government has not made appeal in Supreme Court in the case.

Kapil Sibal is pleading for Hardik Patel in Supreme Court. Hearing on Hardik Patel case will be made on Jan 5, 2016.
