Recently, in a case of HIV infection to 21 thalassaemic children in Junagadh Civil Hospital of 2011, closure submitted by CBI was accepted to the special court. On the contrary court questioned that why enquiry was not setup in the case and has asked CBI to submit its report within 60 days. Even the parents have objected to CBIs closure report in the case.
