Today, Indian Institute of Management IIM Ahmedabad held a press meet on “Recent contributions by our alumni & Recognition of young alumni for their achievements”.
The press conference was presided over by Prof. Ashish Nanda, Director, IIMA, Prof. Arvind Sahay, Dean of AER. Prof Nanda addressed awardees and media present at the occasion.
For the first time IIM Ahmedabad Alumni has started Alumni Young Achievers awards, wherein Three top IIMA became award recepients. IIMA Alumni Young achievers Awards were given to Raghunandan G. and Aprameya Radhakrishna, Founders of Taxi For Sure, Rajesh Gopinath, CFO of TCS and Prof. Aparna Labroo, Kellogg School of management.
IIMA Alumni PP Gupta and Nirmal Jain could attend today’s Press Meet. Both PP Gupta and Nirmal Jain contributed Rs eight crores towards infrastructure upgrade and new facility establishment at IIMA.
IIMA Alumni from henceforth will keep continue granting Young Achievers Awards every year.
