Today in Ahmedabad, Bharatiya Janta Party’s national president Amit Shah arrived. Shah was welcomed by Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel and partymen at Ahmedabad airport. Shah will launch the party’s Maha Sampark Abhiyaan in the presence of CM Anandiben Patel and BJP Gujarat President R C Faldu. Shah, will stay in Gujarat for three days. He will felicitate those who have enrolled more than 1000 new members during the recent drive of the people. On May 7, he will meet the workers of his constituency at BJP Office at Kamalam.
It will be Shah’s first major political campaign in Gujarat after becoming the national president of the BJP in July 2014.
Many BJP partymen were trying to meet Shah in wake of upcoming elections during upcoming Nagarpalika elections.
