Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat High Court Grants temporary Bail for three weeks to Narayan Sai in alledged rape case. He is son of godman Asaram, who has been jailed for more than a year in connection with alleged rape case filed against him by a Surat-based woman.
Justice Paresh Upadhyay granted trelief to Narayan, who has been lodged in a Surat jail since his arrest in December 2013, to enable him to attend to his ailing mother Lakshmiben Harpalani. He will be under Police Surveillance.
