Today, Shiv Sena protested outside renowned novelist Shobha De’s house against her remarks on Maharashtra government’s decision to make it mandatory for all multiplex owners to show Marathi movie in prime time. Protesters assembled near De’s Cuffe Parade residence and shouted slogans against her. They Carryied saffron flags in their hands, they presented vadapav and Dahi to the building watchman in a symbolic protest. Mumbai Police controls the situation.
