Today,Three days long Pravasi Bharatiya Divas celebration going on at Gandhinagar in Gujarat comes to and end. Vice President of India Hamid Ansari attended PBD celebration.
Pravasi Bharatiya Divas was participated by foreign delegates from 60 countries, with union ministers Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj and chief ministers from nine states.
PBD was attended by Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Prakashsingh Badal, Manoharlal Khattar, Chandrababu Naidu and Ommen Chandy the celebration.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh was happy to invite Pravasis to Bharat. He said, 25 millions Indians staying abroad in Indian Diaspora are Swadesis and part of India. They have excelled in foreign land due to their sheer hard work and skills they have. He appealed NRIs to be part of India’s progress through Make In India drive.
Mohalal Khattar said that we have drastically chaned our investment policies. Maharashtra CM said our state has changed now and we are available 24×7 to our investors. Shivraj Singh said Madhya Pradesh has very Investor Friendly environment, I will share information with Rajnath Singhji. There are many opportunies for NRIs.
Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel while summerising the event said she plans to make Gujarat state a Smart State.
