Today, India gives very high priority to the “time-tested” and special strategic partnership with Russia, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi said while receiving visiting Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin in Delhi. Rogozin visits India for the 20th round of India Russia Inter Governmental Commission meeting which is co-chaired by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
