Today in Gandhinagar in Ongoing Assembly Session Minister of State for Home Affairs Harsh Sanghvi announced in Gujarat Legislative Assembly that action will be taken against those who try to extract money in the name of RTI. Action will be taken by making a list will be prepared by Police and ACB offices added Sanghvi said. Those who do business in the name of RTI have fled Gujarat and so far 41 cases have been registered against them.
On the other hand, Kranti Dharmna Associate Editor Activist who misued RTI has been arrested from Sachin, Surat.
