Ahmedabad, 13thFebruary, 2025:Navgujarat Multi-Course Training Institute, part of the Navgujarat Group of Colleges, organized a Personality Development Program for the students of Navgujarat College of Computer Application. The event focused on the overall growth of students and aimed to equip them with essential soft skills, which, when combined with technical expertise, can help them navigate today’s complex job market.
Ms. Noopur Doshi, a professional soft skills trainer and counselor, conducted a series of 12 sessions covering various aspects of personality development. The sessions included topics such as interview preparation, public speaking, presentations, anchoring, teamwork, and more.
On the final day, students participated in practical demonstrations. Each student received a course completion certificate to recognize their active participation in the sessions.
