Kankaria Carnival 2024 festival will be organized by AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation from 25th to 31st December. The carnival will be inaugurated by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel. Today a press conference of AMC was addressed by Devangbhai Dani Chairman of AMC Standing Committee and Deputy Municipal Commissioner Jayeshbhai Upadhyay giving detailed information about the festival to media.
AMC authorities said that it is a week long festival held at Kankaria Lake. Many people from Ahmedabad take advantage of the festival. There are cultural, musical programmes from renowned artists like Sairam Dave, Kinjal Dave, Geeta Rabari. In the end of festival there will a Laser Show, Fire Works and Drone Show added AMC Deputy Commissioner.
Preparations by AMC for the festival are in full swing.
