Two incidents of suicide reported in Ahmedabad in Sabarmati and Meghaninagar area, On 20th November before 9 am in morning at Sabarmati Riverfront West, Hitul son of Rajeshbhai Thakkar , age 26, Resident of Vadwali Sheri Prahladwali Gate Near Dholka Ahmedabad rural committed suicide due to unknown reason at Elise Bridge by drowning in the river near walkway ghat number-8. Sabarmati Riverfront West Police has registered an accidental death in this regard and investigation is being made by Head Constable Shri Bharatkumar Ranchodbhai.
On 19th November afternoon at 1 pm in Meghaninagar area,: Khushbooben Anil Ramprakash Prajapati , age 27, resident of Bhargava Tenament Vibhag- 2 Bhargava Road Meghaninagar due to unknown reasons she tried to commit suicide by hanging her in house. She was admitted to Civil Hospital for treatment of strangulation where she died at 5:30 pm during the treatment. In this regard, Meghaninagar Police has registered an accidental death and investigation is being conducted by Police Sub Inspector Mr. M.M. Parmar.
