Gujarat experience earthquake yesterday at 10.15 pm, epicentre was 13 kilometres south-southwest of Patan in Banaskantha district, according to the Institute of Seismological Research, Gandhinagar.
People ran out of their houses to ascertain that it was earthquake and moved to safer place. No loss of life or incident of property damage was reported. Earthquake of 4.2 magnitude strike Gujarat at around 10.15 pm on Friday. The earthquake tremors were felt in major cities, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Mehsana.
