Today in Banaskantha, 9 persons killed in passenger jeep Accident near Trishuliya ghat near Ambaji.
7 persons died on the spot including 6 women and 1 men, 2 died during treatment.
Jeep was carrying 26 passengers when it met accident near Trishuliya ghat. Accident took place when brake failed of the vehicle at the ghat.
People belonged to Mansuri family of Bhalgam of Vadgam taluka were going to Ambaji temple for darshan.
Seriously wounded people have been admitted to Danta referral, Mehsana and Ahmedabad hospital.
