On Fridary Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani started Kabaddi World Cup 2016 in Ahmedabad in which 12 countries are participating at the brand new stadium, The Arena. Also present was Rajendra Trivedi sports minister of Gujarat among dignitaries.
In the world cup first match was played between INDIA vs KOREA in Ahmedabad. All the dignitaries watched Kabaddi match.
Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Sunil Shetty were in Ahmedabad to promote Kabaddi event. Abhishek Bachchan was promoting for the Jaipur Pink Panthers, the regional brand ambassador (Telugu Titans) of Pro-Kabaddi League.
Abhishek loved to have his favourite Gujarati Thali. Abhshek feels that No trip to Ahmedabad is complete till you go and eat at my favourite restaurant Gordhan Thal.
