Coronavirus positive cases in Gujarat tally has gone to 538 said Dr Jayanti Ravi, Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare at a morning press conference in Gandhinagar today morning. In 24 hours 2263 tests were conducted, 75 % of cases reported from Ahmedabad and Vadodara added Dr Ravi. Total 461 patients are stable, Discharged 47, Recovery 47, four are on ventilator and death toll reached 26.
In Ahmedabad itself, the total number of cases topped 295, which accounts for more than half of the state’s total cases.
In Gujarat with 22 more COVID19 cases and 2 more deaths ( from Ahmedabad and Vadodara) related to the virus reported in Gujarat. Break up of 22 new cases is as follows :

Out of today’s 22 New cases, in Ahmedabad 13 cases are from
Gulabai Tekra, Vejalpur, Vatva, Behrampura, Mehndi Kuva, Jamalpur and Maninagar area. Of 22 patients, 13 male and 9 women patients. A 76 years old male in Ahmedabad and a 27 years old male in Vadodara died of Coronavirus.
