Today 144th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath in Ahmedabad city was taken out with conditional approval by Gujarat Government. The state government has given permission for Rath Yatra with mandatory rules of Covid guidelines for devotees.
Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani took darshan of lord Jagannath. CM Rupani and deputy CM Nitin Patel performed Pahind ceremony at Jagannath temple. Mahant Dilipdasji with other Maharajs were present at the temple. State home minister Pradipsinh Jadeja also visited the temple took darshan.
