14 CBSE schools of Gujarat disaffiliated including 4 from Ahmedabad

Recently total 14 CBSE Central Board of Secondary Education schools of Gujarat, including 4 from Ahmedabad, have been disaffiliated, as per the list on SARAS School Affiliation Re-engineered Automation System 5.0 website. With this disaffiliation new students will not be admitted to the school. However existing there will be no effect on existing students.

Disaffiliated schools in Ahmedabad are DLA Academy of Little People, The New Tulip International School, Nirman High School, and Delhi Public School in Hirpur. Other 10 schools affected include two Kendriya Vidyalayas – one each in Surat and NTPC Bharuch respectvely – along with Sarojben Memorial International School, Rajdeep English School, and Sunflower School in Jamnagar, Shri BM Kyada School and Aarya-Veer International School in Rajkot, Global Indian International School in Surat, Bhaskardyusti Vidyalaya in Valsad, and Calorx Public School in Amreli. CBSE has disaffiliation schools for certain sections such as secondary or senior secondary in all these institutions.
