Today 127 mobile veterinary units awarded by central government were launched in a program organized at Gandhinagar in presence of central and state agriculture and animal husbandry ministers and other dignitaries led by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. 565 best animal husbandry of the state level for year 2023-24 were honored with an awards exceeding ₹ 46 lakhs.
On the occasion, state Chief Minister E-launched 20 Intensive Animal Improvement Centers and Maitri Kendras were launched. Appointment letters to newly appointed Veterinary Officers and Professors of Kamdhenu University besides distributing kits to ‘Maitri’ workers.
Gujarat CM was accompanied by agriculture minister Raghavji Patel and MP Parshottam Rupala and other officials.
