Today oath-taking ceremony of more than 11,000 lawyers organized by Bar Council of Gujarat in presence of Union Minister for Home and Cooperation, Amit Shah. It was attended by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, State Ministers, leaders of Bar Council and a large number of dignitaries associated with the legal sector.
Union Home Minister called this program as historic moment and congratulated all the sworn-in lawyers. He inspired everyone to do their best. He also guided everyone about the radical changes made in the legal sector by Central Government.
The Chief Minister said on the occasion that under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, ‘Ease of Justice’ has been given priority for speedy and easy justice. He also mentioned the important role of lawyers and three new criminal laws and elaborated on the work of the government to provide modern facilities to the judiciary system in Gujarat.
