Today in Gandhinagar, Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani granted permission to 11 Town Planning scheme including 8 Draft TP schemes. With permission of TP schemes and town planning, urban development in the city will get a boost and improve infrastructure facilities.
CM Rupani is additionally hold the portfolio of Urban Development. During last 9 months he has sanctioned more than 28 draft town planning schemes and finalized in 3,000 hectors. With sanction of 8 draft TP schemes well planned development in 1,000 hectors would take place at an expense of Rs 1,450 crores.
In the sanction 28 TP schemes planning for roads exceeding 18 meters have been done. Entire city will have roads spreading over 60 kms, 180 hectors of land for roads, 195 hectors has been alloted to urban development authority for garden, plot, social infrastructure facility and housing for socio economic zones have been earmarked.

- GUDA TP scheme no 8 (Sargasan)
Urban authorities and town planners have been instructed to swiftly implement draft TP schemes and develop infrastructural facilities.
