Approximately 1000 years old statues of religious idols were unearthed while digging at Dahod today. Statues were of 3 x 1.5 feet in dimension weighing 200 kg approximately.
On finding the statues, were handed over Dahod collector.
Statues opined to be of Solanki dyansty or of Goddess Vaishnavi or Brahmani as per Archaeological sources.
